Welcome to Aqua Repair. By accessing our website or availing of our water purifier service centre services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Service Scope

Our water purifier service centre provides services including:

  • Water purifier repair and troubleshooting

  • RO water purifier installation and uninstallation

  • Periodic maintenance and AMC services

  • Filter, membrane, and spare parts replacement

All services are subject to availability and serviceability at the customer’s location.

Service Booking & Confirmation

Service requests can be booked through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp. Confirmation of service depends on technician availability and service area coverage. Same-day service is subject to operational conditions.

Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges, inspection fees, and spare parts costs will be communicated before service completion.

  • Prices may vary depending on water purifier brand, model, and issue.

  • Payments must be made immediately after service completion via cash, UPI, or other accepted modes.

  • Advance payments, if collected, are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

Warranty on Service & Spare Parts

  • Any warranty on spare parts is provided by the manufacturer only.

  • Service workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.

  • Warranty is void in cases of mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Proper access to the water purifier and water supply

  • Availability of electricity during service

  • Accurate information about the water purifier issue and model

Any delay caused due to lack of access or incorrect information may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Service cancellations must be informed in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may attract a visiting or inspection charge.

  • Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

  • AMC covers only services mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • Consumables, membranes, or major spare parts may not be included unless specified.

  • AMC validity starts from the date of activation and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

Our water purifier service centre is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages or faults

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Water quality issues caused by external factors

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of RO Care and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective once posted on the website.

Governing Law
