Return & Refund Policy

1.Scope

This policy applies to all services and parts provided by Aqua Repair relating to repair, maintenance, installation, replacement, and sale of water purifier parts.

2. Service Guarantee

We aim to deliver quality services. If you are not satisfied with any service provided, please contact us within the specified time frame below.

3. Returns of Replacement Parts

 ✔ Eligibility

* Only faulty or incorrect parts supplied by our centre can be returned.

* Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Non-returnable Items

* Consumables already used (filters, cartridges, UV lamps once installed)

* Customized or special order parts

* Items returned without original packaging or invoice

🕒 Return Window

Parts must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery/installation.

4. Refunds Conditions

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

* Part supplied was incorrect

* Part was defective/damaged on delivery

* Service quality issue confirmed after inspection

Refund Process.

* Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

* Refund will be credited through:

  * Original payment mode (UPI, card, cash, bank transfer), or

  * Store credit (only if mutually agreed)

⚠️ Deductions

* If services have already been performed (e.g., installation), a service charge may be deducted before refund.

* Incomplete refunds if parts were used or package opened without verification.

5. Service-Related Issues

If you face issues after a service visit:

▶ Re-service Guarantee

* Report within 48 hours of service completion.

* Technician may be sent for re-inspection at no extra labor charge.

🚫 Exclusions

* Issues arising due to:

  * Misuse

  * Unauthorized repair

  * External damage (impact, water logging, electrical surge)

6.How to Request Return/Refund**

7. Approval & Inspection

All returns/refunds are subject to verification by the service centre team. Final decision rests with management.
